Preferred Customer Loan Packages

Many of our lenders have excellent preferred customer loan packages.

Generally, you can save up to 0.7% pa off the standard variable rates, and these discounts apply for the term of the loans.

These packages include loan products which have built in flexibility with Mortgage Reduction in mind (that is, you can use 100% balance offset loans or lines of credit or combinations of these products).

Some lenders have annual fees without application fees or, some have smaller annual fees with small application fees. Over the long term, you still save considerable money in interest thereby shortening the term of you loans. In most cases, there are no transaction fees on the transaction accounts and credit card fees are waived.

When we look at these types of mortgage products, we can do a comparison between lenders on our unique software. We don’t recommend switching unless we have done a full cost benefit analysis for you.
