Thinking of Fixed Rates?

Generally, fixing rates comes with a lack of flexibility for early repayment of the loan.  There are a minimal number of lenders on our panel who offer fixed loans with offset savings accounts that brings back the element of flexibility.  That is, you have the benefit of a full balance savings offset against your loan.  Some also allow you to pay off extra without penalty, and some also allow you to redraw if you are in front with your payments.
